Please be aware that we primarily stock Australian Sparkling. If orders for other varients are placed we will endeavour to fill them as a special order. In the event that our local suppliers are out of stock of Moet & Chandon, Veuve Clicquot or French Champagne, we will notify you as quickly as possible with atlernate solutions. 

It should be noted that our delivery drivers reserve the right to request ID or withhold delivery of alcohol if underaged person are receving the delivery. 

It should also be noted that if the recipient is not home, drivers will use their discretion to determine whether it is safe to leave the alcohol or not. In the event that it is not deemed safe to leave the alcohol (e.g. animals, children or open to the road), it will not be left as per our delivery policies for other items. If this occurs, we will contact you to either arrange a refund (for the alcohol only) or redelivery. Note that redelivery may incur a redelivery fee.
