Frequently asked questions

  • When will my flowers be delivered?
    We will often ask you if you have a preference for morning or afternoon delivery and we work hard to get them there in a timely manner based on your preference. Sometimes though, if we are waiting on our delivery of flowers from the market, we will advise you that afternoon delivery is the only option, and our couriers can run until 7pm (AEST) to ensure our deliveries are complete for the day. If you have requested an SMS confirmation of delivery, our driver will typically send this in real time OR contact us to let you know and we do this as quickly as possible following the delivery of your flowers.
  • What will my flowers look like?
    When you order, we ask you to leave any design preferences in notes, or we will discuss this with you when you call. If you do not have preferences, we will use the freshest flowers in a range of colours to design something beautiful to the value of the purchase. Of course, if you've ordered something specific, we strive to make it look as close as possible to the pictures you may have seen. If this isn't possible, we will contact you prior to creating your desing. For an idea of what our designs look like, check out our social media pages!
  • Can I add wine or champagne to my order?
    Yes! You can select from our range of wine and champagne in the add ons section. However, please be aware that there are restrictions that apply for delivery of alcohol in Australia. You can see the restrictions here.
  • Do you deliver to Warwick or Tenterfield?
    Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to Warwick or Tenterfield, however, each town has their own exceptional florists and we ask that you give them a call for the best value, flower and delivery options.
  • Do you do interflora?
    We can help you out with orders to go anywhere in Australia or overseas (please contact us). However, we ask you to keep in mind that for the best value for you (as the sender), and for the florist that receives the order, to call or email a florist directly in the area of delivery. This will also give you a better idea of what is available, their delivery protocols and accurate pricing for the area.   • Do you have peonies?
    We understand, we love them too!! Sadly though, these have VERY specific seasons; import peonies are typically available mid May - late June, Australia peonies are typically available early-mid November - late December. Please be aware that these are rough guidelines and that it does depend heavily on the season. We will be excited to receive them though, so we'll be sure to let you know when we have them!
  • Do you have dried flowers/arrangements?
    This is something we're working on! We're working on securing suppliers and fine tuning our designs for this area. We will keep you updated via our socials though, so be sure to follow us!
